Booking details are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, record-keeping, and tax obligations.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains its own privacy and security standards. Booking requests may be sent via SMS through your device's own messaging app. For bookings involving more than one vehicle, your name, phone number and pickup/drop-off address may be shared with the additional driver completing part of your booking, solely to fulfil the service.
